Cancellation & Booking Policy
We understand that you may need to change or cancel your appointment, however, we do ask that you give us at least 48 hours’ notice of any cancellation or changes so that we can offer the appointment to another client. We often have lots of clients on our cancellation list and we wouldn’t want them to miss out! If you don't attend your appointment and wish to re-book, you will need to leave a deposit to secure any future appointments.
Please note that our cancellation policy also applies to appointments booked on the day.

Arrival Time
We understand that sometimes these things can't be helped, however, where possible, please arrive on time for your appointment as lateness may cause your treatment to be shortened if there is a client arriving directly after you. We do try to avoid this as much as possible by leaving plenty of time between appointments, but please note that in this instance you would be charged for the treatment you originally booked with us.
If part of a booking is changed or cancelled after arrival, the full cost of the treatment(s) will still remain payable upon departure
